PAYMENT TERMS/ ĐIỀU KIỆN THANH TOÁN

All payment should be made prior to 3 days upon guest’s arrival. 
The Operator shall make full payment within 15 days after receiving the Garco Dragon’s hotel invoice (For company have credit only). 
Late payment is subject to 1.5 % interest charged on a monthly basis. 
All payments must be settled in US dollar or in Vietnam Dong 

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT/ NHẬN PHÒNG & TRẢ PHÒNG
Check - in time   is at     2:00 pm
Check - out time is at   12:00 pm
Advance notice is required and surcharge will be applied for early check in or late checkout, specified as below:
For late check - out until 18:00 hr at half - day rental. 
For late check - out after 18:00 hr at one - day rental.
For early check in from   08:00 hr at half - day rental
For early check in before 08:00 hr at one - day rental. 

RESERVATION POLICY/ CHÍNH SÁCH ĐẶT PHÒNG
All bookings/ Cancellations/ Amendments should be sent to the hotel by e-mail or (Preferrably) by fax. Confirmation will be made to availability.
CHILDREN POLICY/ CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỐI VỚI TRẺ EM
No additional charge (room and breakfast) for one (01) child up to 6 years old sharing room with parents without extra bed. The second child will be charged USD 10/person/night. Maximum 02 children for 01 room. 
Children from 7 to 12 years old:    50% room rate charged
Children more than 12 years old: 100% room rate charged
Baby cott  is available and free of charge. 

CANCELLATIONS
For F.I.T (under 5 rooms)
01 night room charge per confirmed booking (for F.I.T) will be applied to cancellation 03 days prior to guests arrival date by the hotel 
For G.I.T (5 rooms and above)  
All rooming list for groups must clearly indicate guest full name, arrival and departure dates, passport and visa numbers, flight details, guest gender and if in a twin room indicates names of person sharing. 
Confirmed number of rooms, meal plans, final rooming lists details, arrival and departure times and special instruction, if any of customers, is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If not, written confirmation is requested. The hotel reserves the right release all room if this arrangement is not met within the time stated. 
01 night room charge per confirmed booking (for G.I.T) will be applied to cancellation twenty one (21) days before guests to arrival date by the hotel 
If a cancellation is made within seven (07) days during prior to the group’s arrival by Party B, the full room charge for the group will be applied. 


COMPLIMENTARY POLICY
For every 15 paying rooms, 01 F.O.C room is applicable. 
For every 30 paying pax at Garco Dragon Restaurant, 01 F.O.C portion is applicable.
